What personal data we collect
We always store usernames, passwords, email addresses and IP addresses.
When you register and sign in to paranoid-sa.eu you understand and give your consent that your IP address and browser information might be processed by the security plugins installed on this site.
When visitors send in a filled out application form or leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the application or comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service Privacy Policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. When you comment your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Why we collect data
In order for you to use our services, we need to store information about you in our user database. The information is used to identify you as a user, to save personal settings and to be able to contact you for example administration and support.
What you submit in our application form to free company is so we can decide whether or not you’re a fit for the free company.
How long we retain your data
We store personal data for as long as it is needed for the purposes they were collected or as long as required by laws and other regulations.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
